Binaebi Akah » Oasis Water Wall Concept

This design is in response to the 2009 CHI Student Design Competition, where the designed "object, interface, system, or service intended to support the idea of utilizing or consuming local resources rather than global resources, in a sustainable and environmentally efficient manner."

We propose a water wall installation to artfully increase awareness of water use.

There are two pieces of information projected onto the water wall:

1. Water using tips and/or summary of the water use in relatable terms
2. Bar chart representing the water used per day for the last seven days (including the current day)
